Progress Report 1 (dated: 04/Jan/2008)

Posted on January 4, 2008. Filed under: Progress Reports | Tags: , , , , |

Welcome to JobGully’s Team area

This is the first time we are thinking to launch an open progress report due to the following reasons:

  • every team mate can look back to this board in future and can say cheers.
  • to motivate jobgully’s team to meet the deadlines on time and to push lazy dudes.
  • to keep an open track of our work and our efforts which we may forget with the time.

In our schools our teachers used to give us progress reports, in colleges nobody cares for your progress report. But to watch our performance we are publishing our own progress report. Lets see what we have done till 04 Jan, 2008 (Friday).

  1. All team members have met 3 times together till date, whereas our next meeting is scheduled tomorrow (saturday, 05 Jan).
  2. We are almost close to our revenue model and business plan finalization.
  3. We have rough approximations of marketing budgets and finance involved in this venture.
  4. We have data from various resources for mining, now we need to forecast the exact target audience for our each services so that we can have close approximations of quarter to quarter revnues.

This shows we have not done much till date and we need to strive hard to reach project milestones. Ohhh, sorry i think we have not made any milestones yet, guys… who was supposed to bring the milestone document. huh!!!

See you soon, wanna stay updated, follow me

Hi all,

Hope you all are doing well, and must have started working on your new year resolutions. JobGully is also one of the resolutions of few guys in 2008 and with this blog we are feeling a good omen for the successful completion of this venture.

This venture till date has zero fundings, little paper work, few lazy but crazy members, spark of change, charge of commitment etc. Lets talk about the germ of the idea. One day one of my friends were looking to change his job domain from HighTech industry to MarketResearch industry, none of existing job portals gave a positive sign for his search.

Anyhow if you guys are thinking that we will populate web with a new job portal, yes we will do it with our next generation job portal with lots of new features and this time the route to find a right job and right candidate will be completely a fresh experience. Now the time has come to see beyond jobs, we need to build career, we need to focus every job sector, we need to have revolution in bridging the gap between recruiters and employees. Here we will come with our Next Gen Job Portal.

Cheers,
JobGully Team
